海からほど近い立地に竣工したプライヴェートヴィラ。
プロジェクト監修及びインテリアデザインを担当しました。
次の世代まで家族が集える、ゆったりした心地よい時間を過ごせる場所が、綿密な計算に基づいた平面計画と細部にまで考え抜かれたディテールにより、力強くも美しい楽園のような空間として完成しました。
中庭プールを取り囲む様に平家３棟（A棟：玄関、リビング、ダイニング、キッチン、B棟：主寝室、スパ、C棟：寝室４部屋）から構成されています。
玄関からアートと坪庭がゲストを迎え、廊下を抜けると、正面に根府川石を積み上げた暖炉のある高さ4mを超える空間にキッチン、ダイニング、リビングエリアが配置され、全開放できる大きなスライドドアで中庭と一体となる。シンプルでありながら、視線を動かす毎に新しいシーンへと切り替わる導線計画とし、訪れた人々に新鮮な驚きをもたらします。
中庭では四季折々の草花が季節の移り変わりをたのしませ、ホテルさながらのスパエリアは、身体を休めると同時にご家族ご友人との憩いの場となる貴重な役割を果たしています。
デザイン性と機能性を兼ね備えたこのプライベートヴィラは、癒しと高揚感をもたらすまさに楽園のような場となりました。
A private villa completed in a location close to the sea. We were in charge of project supervision and interior design.
A place where families can gather for generations and spend leisurely and comfortable time has been completed as a powerful and beautiful paradise-like space, based on meticulous floor plans and carefully considered details.
Surrounding a courtyard pool, the villa consists of three single-story buildings (Building A: entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, Building B: master bedroom, spa, Building C: 4 bedrooms).
Guests are welcomed by art and a small garden from the entrance, and upon passing through the hallway, they enter a space exceeding 4 meters in height with a fireplace built with stacked riverbed stones at the forefront. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are arranged in this space, which can be completely opened up with large sliding doors, integrating with the courtyard. The circulation plan is designed to be simple yet dynamic, switching to new scenes with every movement of the gaze, bringing fresh surprises to visitors.
In the courtyard, seasonal flowers and plants delight in the changing seasons, while the spa area, reminiscent of a hotel, serves as a valuable place for both relaxation and socializing with family and friends.
This private villa, combining design and functionality, has truly become a paradise-like place, bringing both relaxation and excitement.
